No. Programmes include entry-level variations for every exercise, with optional progressions when you feel ready to move on.

Both surfaces are suitable. We recommend a thin mat for floor-based segments on hard floors, though it is not essential for standing routines.

Many members practise three to four times a week. The platform lets you adjust frequency without losing continuity in your chosen programme.
