Return Policy

1. Scope
This Return Policy applies to digital subscription services offered by Shoulderoeglowur through shoulderoeglowur.world. As our products are delivered electronically, traditional physical returns do not apply.
2. Cooling-Off Period
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have a fourteen-day right to cancel your subscription from the date of purchase without giving a reason. If you have not accessed premium content during this period, you are entitled to a full refund.
3. Introductory Period
Starter Path subscribers may access a seven-day introductory period as described at the point of purchase. Cancellation within this window results in no charge, provided terms stated during sign-up are met. If you continue beyond the introductory period, standard monthly billing applies from the eighth day. This is in addition to, and does not replace, your statutory rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
4. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by emailing callme@shoulderoeglowur.world. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No partial refunds are issued for unused days within an active billing period unless required by law.
5. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be granted in the following circumstances:
- Cancellation within the fourteen-day cooling-off period without content access
- Technical failure preventing platform access for more than seventy-two consecutive hours
- Duplicate or erroneous charges verified by our billing team
- Service discontinuation initiated by Shoulderoeglowur
6. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are generally not provided where premium content has been substantially accessed, where cancellation occurs after the cooling-off period without qualifying circumstances above, or where account termination results from terms of use violations.
7. Refund Process
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within fourteen business days. You will receive email confirmation once the refund has been initiated. Bank processing times may vary.
8. Household Bundle
Cancellation of a Household Bundle terminates access for all linked profiles at the end of the billing period. Individual profile removal does not constitute a partial refund.
9. Disputes
If you believe a refund decision is incorrect, contact our member experience team at +44 115 946 0323. Unresolved disputes may be referred to alternative dispute resolution schemes or your local consumer protection authority.
